Once you reach 5 recipes or 25 ingredients, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro. Your existing data is never deleted — you just can't add more until you upgrade.

Can I try Pro before paying?

Yes. Pro and Team both come with a free trial — no card required to start. You can explore every feature before deciding.

What counts as a team member?

Any person you invite to your organisation counts as a team member. The Team plan supports unlimited members. Pro is limited to a single user.

Is the AI receipt scanning included, or is there a usage limit?
